    Traditional ice melting products contain sodium chloride which has a negative effect on the environment. Our commitment is to using only environmentally responsible products which lessens the environmental impact. We use pet-friendly ice-melting products, minimizing harm while keeping your property safe.
  2. Reducing waste when using ice melt products.
    This starts with minimizing the ice that forms by applying a preventative anti-icing product. This prevents the bond of snow and ice freezing to the parking lot or other property surface. The result is an overall waste reduction of ice melt products.

Yes, we absolutely do! We have experience working with a variety of industrial clients, from manufacturing facilities to distribution centers. Do you offer services to both residential and commercial clients?

We only offer commercial snow removal services to residential-strata, commercial, public, and industrial clients. We do not offer any snow removal services to single family residential homes.

Does your team offer pet-friendly de-icer options?

Unless we are servicing large industrial and commercial spaces, Symbiotic uses an environmentally and pet-friendly de-icing product for all sidewalks and residential-strata complexes.

What kind of equipment do you use and is your company able to remove snow from premises?

We have a variety of equipment for all scopes of snow removal and de-icing/salting. This includes: 

  • Plow trucks equipped with 9’ V-plows and hoppers, 
  • Front end loaders and skid steer loaders, 
  • ATV plows and snow blowing/sweeping equipment for sidewalks

We are able to remove large snow piles from properties at an additional cost.
